Lei Shen aka Shelley, has been a nightmare to deal with. She showed and signed me into the problematic Irvine property I am currently in. She was the sole contact for over a year and a half, having never had contact with the owners until the middle of an emergency that she could have prevented or helped the owners prevent. She is currently refusing to communicate about issues or provide the HOA’s email address, even when I requested it to warn the Fourth of July kids parade of possible asbestos that was disturbed by neighbor who wanted to termite tent, knowing probable asbestos would be disturbed, and Lei demanded that he be allowed to tent. Our neighbor advised us of probable asbestos over a year ago. I provided this letter to Lei for the owners and now it is disturbed and the owners are also ignoring the problem. She has texted me at midnight for unspecified entry the morning of before the emergency, yet refuses to help during an emergency stating she is not the property manager, yet she has acted as such the entire time. The owners mailing address is her office address as well. AS OF 7/10/2025 I AM STILL IN NEED OF HELP NOW.
