My old roof drainage gutters had leaks at several seams, and the patchwork looked messy. Even during a light rain, the dripping around the roofline made going outside unpleasant. I decided to hire a professional roofing and gutter company instead of trying another temporary fix. Best Glendale Roofing sent Roger out for the estimate, and he followed up quickly with a clear quote soon after the visit. He separated the pricing by section of the home, which was very helpful since I was not sure if I wanted to complete everything at once. There was no sales pressure at all. I ended up moving forward with new gutter installation in both areas. Camden and Zachary arrived right on time and were professional from start to finish. During the work, they found that a small section of fascia needed to be trimmed back. Zachary explained the repair clearly and asked for approval before doing anything, which I really appreciated. The new gutters were installed neatly and with great attention to detail. The lines look clean, the fasteners are straight, and everything fits tight along the roof edge. They also cleaned up well after the job and were courteous the whole time. With Glendale’s sun and seasonal rain, it feels good to have a gutter system that looks sharp and should help move water away properly. I am very happy with the smooth process, the finished look, and the quality of the roofing and gutter work. A cheaper handyman fix might save money at first, but seamless gutters installed by skilled roofers are worth it for the long-term results. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with Best Glendale Roofing was extremely positive. Roger met me at my property in Glendale, went over a few roofing options, explained the pros and cons in simple terms, and gave me a clear quote for my flat roof with a white TPO membrane. My old roofing membrane was badly worn and leaking in many spots, so I had been dealing with standing water after rain and even drips inside the building. They kept a close eye on the forecast and scheduled the tear-off and full roof replacement on a dry day, which made the whole process run smoothly. Before this, I did not fully realize how bad the roof condition had become, but I had been pushing water off the roof after storms and still dealing with moisture getting inside. It was also hard to find a roofer willing to come out and provide a bid, so I was relieved when I finally connected with Roger. Since the new roof installation, we have had several rounds of rain and the building has stayed dry with no more leaks inside. I was also impressed by how clean the crew kept the site during and after the project. For a two-story building with a full tear-off, hauling debris down into a trailer and lifting new roofing material up to the roof deck, the job was handled in a very organized and professional way. I have been surprised by how little roofing debris was left behind on the ground. I am very happy with the workmanship, the communication, and the completed roof system. I also received another bid from a different roofer that was far more expensive, so the value here really stood out. I would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

This was our second time working with Best Glendale Roofing on our home update projects in Glendale. They first installed a standing seam metal roof for us, and after such a smooth experience, we came back to them for more exterior improvement work. We were very happy with the whole process again. From the first call and estimate to the final walkthrough, communication was clear, the crew stayed on schedule, and everything was handled in a professional way. We recently moved into an older home and wanted to bring it up to date, especially with improvements that would help protect the house and improve curb appeal in the Glendale heat and sun. Camden gave us several good options and really understood the look and function we wanted. He explained the process in simple terms and helped us feel confident about every step. The materials arrived a little earlier than expected, and the work moved quickly and smoothly. In just a short time, the house looked refreshed and much more modern. Roger was our project manager, and he and the crew did an excellent job. He was helpful, patient, and made sure we understood the work, timeline, and finishing details. We also asked about an extra trim wrap around one of the door frames, and the update was priced fairly and added without any hassle. What stood out most was how easy they were to work with. They showed up when they said they would, gave a fair quote, kept us updated, and completed everything to our satisfaction. It is rare to find a roofing and exterior contractor that combines quality workmanship, strong customer service, and attention to detail so well. Their warranty also gives us peace of mind, and we feel confident they stand behind their work. We would gladly recommend them to anyone in Glendale looking for dependable roofing and exterior service.

When a roof leak started dripping into our bedroom in the middle of the night, we called several roofers and handymen the next morning, but most were not interested in a small roofing repair. Best Glendale Roofing was the one that responded right away and fixed the leak fast. That first experience gave us a lot of confidence in their roofing service, so when it was time for a full roof replacement, we knew who to call. They showed the same professionalism from start to finish. The crew arrived early, worked in organized teams, and removed the old shingles quickly and carefully. Because our home is more than 100 years old, the roof deck needed extra attention and some added support before the new system could be installed properly. They explained that new plywood was needed to create a solid base and help protect the long-term warranty, which made complete sense. After that, they installed a moisture barrier and new GAF shingles, and the whole roofing system came together the right way. They also handled a lot of detailed finish work around areas that had previous damage, including the garage roof where an older leak had caused problems. Their workmanship was excellent, and it was clear they cared about doing the job right instead of rushing through it. The improvement in both protection and curb appeal was incredible. Our garage now looks refreshed, the house feels secure again, and the entire property has a clean, updated look. What used to be the least attractive house on the street now stands out as a beautiful home with a strong, well-built new roof.

Best Glendale Roofing handled our roof and gutter replacement in a very professional and efficient way, from the first roof inspection to the final installation of the new gutters. camden, zachary, and roger worked hard and kept the whole roofing process smooth and well organized. They also did an excellent job completing a patio roof section and adding two new skylights, which brought in more light and matched the rest of the roof nicely. After looking at work from other roofing contractors around Glendale, this roofing crew clearly stood out for quality, clean workmanship, and attention to detail. The project area was kept tidy, the materials looked strong and well installed, and the finished roof and gutters gave the home a sharp, updated look. i would gladly recommend them to any neighbor needing roofing or gutter work.
