Cityside's speeds are great, and customer service went above and beyond with me today on a routine service call. I had a break in my fiber line, and the tech that Cityside sent out (Shane T) was super knowledgeable and explained to me the entire process of repairing the glass fiber line running from underneath my crawlspace. Great service and Shane taught me a ton about Fiber network hardware!

I've been with Cityside for about 4 months now. Gave it some time before leaving a review so I could be sure about the service. The upshot is that it's the best internet service I have had overall. I used to be with Spectrum at this home and Cox before that at my previous home. They each had issues with unexpected outages and slowdowns. So far I have not had any of that with Cityside. Installation was easy, with the main line being brought to the outside of my house one day, and the inside wiring and fiber box being set up the next. I have the 2Gbps service, and my own router and WiFi, so I did not get their WiFi box, so I cannot speak to how those are, but the setup with their terminal box was easy and has been solid ever since. Great service and great uptime. No complaints here!

Cityside Fiber isn’t a massive provider like AT&T or Verizon—it’s a local, community-focused internet company. Their customer service is handled right here locally, not outsourced overseas, which makes a big difference when you need support. But the real standout is the speed. With Spectrum, I was averaging about 90 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. With Cityside Fiber, I’m consistently getting around 922 Mbps download and 855 Mbps upload. That’s a huge upgrade, and I’m paying the exact same $80 a month for internet only. The service is faster, more reliable, and backed by people who actually care about the community. Highly recommended!

I have been waiting for a decade to have fios again after moving away from it in Huntington Beach to Tustin. When I found out they were laying the fios through the neighborhood, I was really excited! I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s been amazing. My old internet providers can’t compare and are jealous! When I called to cancel my cable internet, the guy on the phone told me he couldn’t blame me. He was a gamer and would have made the switch as well. The only complaint I could possibly give was the installation from the street to the house. They had to cut into the driveway concrete about 1’x3’ and then fill it back in. The fill in is a little hump and not flat so it’s not a tripping hazard but noticeable. I still give them 5 stars though as that wasn’t a big deal to me. Keep up the great work cityside!
