Called Patriot Plumbing (Dino) and he was super helpful. One of the toilet wasn't flushing all that well so I wanted to proactively address it. I also wanted his opinion on shower water pressure and my water softener system. He asked me to send him a video of all three for efficiency. Upon review of videos, Dino advised that all seems to work well (toilet was too old so need to replace otherwise it was working well for now, shower pressure is a good as it gets and water softener wasn't adjustable). All in all, Dino was extremely kind and informative. I felt like I was speaking with a family member! Although I did not use his services this time, I will definitely ring him if I ever need a plumber!! Thanks Dino!!!

Angel was prompt, kind, quick and respectful. I appreciated that he wore footies without me having to ask him. I also found him very honest. He repaired my garbage disposal, Fix the small thing on my toilet without selling me unnecessary parts. I really appreciated this companies, honesty, and great service and highly recommend them. I will use them for all my future Plumbing service services.

We had a leak in our kitchen, I called and they scheduled Mark to come the same day, he actually came earlier than expected which was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to find the source of the leak and fixed it. His work area was so organized and he left our kitchen clean after the repair. He answered all of my questions with great details which was extremely helpful. I can tell that he works hard and with integrity. Highly recommend and will definitely use Patriot again for plumbing issues, keep up the good work for having excellent employees.

Patriot Plumbing and Rooter came through when we really needed help. Mark was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. It's refreshing to work with someone who clearly cares about doing quality work and treating customers well. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mark!

What an absolute pleasure it was having Mark step foot into my home. Mark was a true professional. MY pool gas line needed repairing and Mark went through all the details of what needed to be done from start to finish. This gave me the comfort and the reassurance that I was in good hands. Just as expected, Mark did a fantastic job, leaving me smiling from cheek to cheek. The communication was awesome and it felt as if he was a part of the family. Thank you Patriot Plumbing & Rooter for assigning Mark to my home. It could not have turned out any better.
