Water heater replacement went way smoother than expected. The crew removed the old unit carefully, installed the new one neatly, and checked every connection before leaving. Hot water came back immediately.

Our shower pan wasn’t draining evenly and water kept collecting in one corner. The plumber adjusted the drain alignment underneath and corrected the pitch issue. Finally drains the way it should.

During a check of the house, we found some water lines that were not up to date. The plumber fixed the lines and updated the fittings. Pressure and stability tests were done on everything. Things feel a lot safer now.

Installing a freestanding bathtub required careful plumbing adjustments. The technician aligned everything perfectly and ensured proper drainage slope. He tested multiple fill and drain cycles. The setup looks beautiful and works flawlessly.

Please be careful when you hire this company to do your diagnosis and plumbing report!! They will take a hefty fee of $450 to do that report for you and cannot even deliver it by end of day after spending over an hour at the property. This means that you STILL have pipes burst and leaking everywhere and cannot make a decision on what to do! We keep calling the office to see if it is done so we can get the project started, and they continue to delay. THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. BE AWARE OF THESE OTHER 5 STAR REVIEWS THAT MIGHT BE INAUTHENTIC!!! They came highly recommended by SOS RESTORATION, which now is questionable as well! So frustrating when you have leaks that can lead to mold and other damages and company does not seem to care!
