When we discovered troublesome leaks in our high end ceramic roof we interviewed several companies before settling on Jason Smith Roofing, Inc. Since then, we have been through several minor rain storms, two significant ones, and a major "atmospheric river" since Jason Smith Roofings Inc. repair to our roof this past fall. All of this without a drop of leaking into the house! Jason's crew repaired the damage to our roof at a fraction of price quoted by others. They did so during the hottest week of the year without complaint. They were eager to back up their work with guarantees and flawless follow up to any and all of our concerns. After interviewing many roof repair services we are delighted that we went with Jason Smith Roofing!! Thank you!!

As a realtor, I can tell you that roof issues are one of the biggest deal-killers out there. Redfin recently reported that more than 70% of cancelled home sales are tied to inspection or repair problems…and roofs are usually the top of the list. Jason’s one of the few contractors I trust completely. He’s professional, responsive, and communicates clearly from start to finish. Whether it’s a detailed roof report, a quick repair to keep a deal on track, or a full roof replacement before listing, he handles everything with precision and transparency. My clients love how thorough his photo reports are, and I love that he helps me keep deals moving instead of falling apart. If you’re buying, selling, or managing properties in Orange County, having Jason in your corner makes all the difference.

I had an excellent experience with Jason and his team. They replaced a couple of dozen tiles for me and fixed up the mortar along the roof. Reasonable pricing and very professional execution. I have no hesitation in recommending Jason.

My experience with Jason Smith Roofing was excellent. Jason was very thorough in his initial inspection of my roof as well as his follow up repairs. He worked very well with my contractor and pricing was extremely fair. Jason was professional, very prompt, and best of all he didn’t try to upsell any services. He clearly outlined what was needed and stuck to it. Super easy to work and communicate with .

Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very good about communicating from inspection to the completion of the roof repair. He documents everything with pictures and provides a clear estimate. He did the roof repair on the day promised and again sent follow-up pictures. He is professional, friendly, honest, reasonable and has great communication skills and follow-thru. I will definitely use again and I would highly recommend him.
