We had Ricardo do several projects on our house recently and we're very happy with the experience. He put in a new stone patio with a French drain, fixed a leaky roof in the house, installed a fire-rated ceiling in the garage, redid some older windows (reglazed, sealed, painted), plus a handful of other smaller jobs. The roof job actually turned into a bigger deal than expected — since there was mold in the walls that needed to get remediated. This is where a lot of contractors would see dollar signs, but Ricardo just told us straight what he found and gave us a fair price to deal with it. With all the projects he didn't try to upsell us or make it into a bigger thing than it needed to be, and explained clearly how the pricing was derived. Once he starts he moves quickly with his team to get the job done - no standing around or dragging on for weeks or months. And he's easy to get in touch with — always texted back quickly and kept us in the loop the whole time. We will definitely seek him out again for future work and highly recommend him.

We had used Ricardo for some home repair several years ago, and were pleased to know he had expanded his scope of services. We had some drywall repair due to rainwater leakage, but also had a cabinet door needing to be rehung, an outside vent needing repair & two toilet seats that needed replacement. Ricardo took on this multi-pronged challenge, with much of the work falling to his extremely competent assistant, Jose. Jose is clearly a craftsman who takes great pride in his work — and it shows. Prep and cleanup was meticulous, and everything now looks bright and welcoming. Highly recommend both Ricardo and Jose. Great people to work with. 5 PLUS stars!!

l've been working with Ricardo from Rivera Contractor Services for over five years on different projects around my home - fireplace, mailbox, natural stone, bathroom remodel, wood flooring, and more. He always delivers solid, quality work and pays attention to detail. Ricardo recently finished my main bathroom, and it turned out great. He's now working on my second bathroom, and I'll be posting pictures of that one soon.
