Why retail tenants in San Diego work with painting providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

Stephen Bullman's crew just finished painting our home and they did an amazing job. They were on time each day, did a great job cleaning up, were respectful of our belongings and we are very happy campers. And did I mention that they did great work? It's worth mentioning twice!! We won't even think about trying someone else the next time we need painting services. Thank you Bullman team for making this such an easy and enjoyable experience!

First of all, I whole heartedly recommend Bulman Painting. As an engineer, I typically spend lots of hands-on time with teams throughout various projects - with Bulman, I found them to be highly professional, communicative, price competitive and high quality. Michele regularly observed progress, made valued suggestions, and stayed on schedule despite other project constraints. They have become our go-to painting contractor thanks to their exceeding our high expectations. Well done indeed!

Bullman Painting did a great job at our place. We had a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallways painted along with doors and baseboards. Every space turned out perfect, the attention to detail and cleanliness was above expectations. They competed the work in a timely and efficient manner finishing everything on schedule. The owners communicated really well and made sure the work was up to their standards at every step. The crew was polite, on time and very professional. The price was very reasonable considering the very high quality experience we had with them. Bulman painting really hit it out of the park! I highly recommend them.

The experience, craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service was top notch. We are so happy we used Bulman Painting for our kitchen cabinets and gave our kitchen a fresh look without having to blow up our kitchen for 10 times the price point. Thanks for the house upgrade!
