Exceptional service and workmanship! We had CertaPro paint our two bathrooms with outstanding results. The painter, Evan, paid careful attention to detail. That was a lot of work since the existing paint had severe moisture damage in spots (well, they're bathrooms after all 😀). He thoroughly prepared the surfaces and carefully masked hardware and the light switch. There is no sign of paint other than on the walls and ceiling where it's supposed to be. As a result, our two bathrooms look now fantastic. BTW, their pricing was highly competitive. Just remember: You get what you pay for and we certainly got exceptional value for the dollar from CertaPro. I can't recommend them highly enough and we'll use the again text time we need painting.

Our first experience with CertaPro was exceptional, which is why we chose to return for a second project. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the same level of quality or service. There was a significant delay in follow-up—over a month—after we confirmed our intent to proceed following the estimate. The project involved painting our backyard fence and exterior walls. While the work was completed, there were several concerns. Some areas of the fence were oversprayed and paint was left on the ground. The ground itself was not adequately covered or protected, resulting in paint stains on the surface, the metal gate, and an unfinished wall. We had trusted that someone would return to address the unfinished wall, but unfortunately, no one followed up. Additionally, the process felt rushed, and unlike our first project, the walkthrough was conducted with the painter rather than the sales associate. Overall, while the project was completed, the experience was disappointing compared to our initial interaction with CertaPro.

Two painters did a great job removing interior doors, sanding and prepping doors for undercoat and topcoat. They prepped and painted the molding around the doors. Will use them again when painting is needed. Only negative was our garage was very dusty. Was done inside due to warm September 2023.
