When Local SD Painting came out to quote the job, the process was fair and straightforward. Chad identified ways to save money and left me with the most confidence in his ability to complete the project successfully. I live out of town and needed to coordinate with building management and other contractors, which can be challenging. Local SD Painting was hired to repaint my condo/loft in North Park and did an exceptional job painting, patching, and priming my rental unit to get it market-ready. I had older cabinets that were still in good shape but looked worn. They were repaired, refinished, and painted, and I’m very pleased with the results. We are so pleased with the quality job that Local San Diego Painting did on our house! Jorge and his team of painters got started on time every day and let us know when they’d be wrapping up. This allowed us to work our schedule around their painting plan and eliminated any disruption to our day-to-day activities. The quality of the paint job exceeded our expectations! Since our house was build in the 50’s, it has some wear and tear from the years of use and weather. The team went through and patched all of the dings and dents prior to painting so the finished product looks better than it looked when we bought the house. This company used to be reliable but sadly, they are no longer. If you are someone that values your money and actually expects quality work- do not use them. They ruined my brand new home leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages. We had paint all over our brand new doors, drips all over, paint on expensive fixtures. Everything was someone else's fault, meanwhile, it was only his fault as he is the owner and this was his work.
