I can’t praise Otis and his team enough!!! From before I committed to the job, until the ‘end’ of the job…Otis and his team have been 100%++ PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, TALENTED… and probably a longer list of wonderful adjectives I can’t think of now. Their positive energy is missed after the job that lasted 2 weeks (exactly as promised). I am MORE than satisfied with the results! My home looks beautiful. During the 2 week process Otis took the time to talk me through all decisions and provided great guidance in helping me come to the best choice. His expertise with color and paint qualities is worth every penny! I believe he is one of the top (I’d say #1) painters in San Diego.

Otis provided excellent customer service from the initial walkthrough and bid all the way through until the end of my project. He did a very good job communicating and he and his team were extremely thorough and delivered high quality work. He paid attention to detail and the prep work the crew did before painting made a world of difference in the finished product. They also took the time to perform the minor carpentry and foundation masonry work needed to really revive my home. It was well worth the money. Otis Merry and his crew painted the exterior of our 1937 house which has a great deal of architectural detail. Otis and his crew were professional, meticulous and timely from start to finish. Otis discussed the various pros and cons of the paint options to consider and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to color. He pointed out parts of our house that needed attention that we were not aware of. They patched and painted parts we didn't even realize needed patching and painting and are extremely detail oriented. All in all, Otis and his crew were very easy to work with, they did a wonderful job, are polite, accommodating and very tidy. Our house has never looked better. I wouldn't hesitate to use Otis Merry Painting for any future work.
