I came home to find a pro tech employee trespassed and stole utility service to paint the building in front of ours. I called pro tech and while they did apologize, they were just going to write the employee up, I asked to be reimbursed for the stolen utility, I feel like Kayla was dismissive, she said they couldn't of used more than an hour because they weren't finished, I told her I didn't care if they used 15 min of my utility, I needed to be reimbursed, Kayla proceeded to tell me they'd pay me for 15 minutes, who knows how long they used my utility for their profit.

Our HOA contracted this company for wood and paint services. These folks have been irresponsible and careless. They are constantly leaving trash (pizza boxes, shoe boxes???, plastic bottles) around the premises as well as other dangerous debris like broken wood and nails. Their driving to and from the worksites is disrespectful too (Speeding where children play, peeling out, etc). I cannot wait for these guys to get out of here.

Really bad experience ! Poor communication, Sloppy work ! ProTech was assigned by our HOA to do fence repair and painting. Somehow they completely 'missed' our house while repairing fences on all neighbors and when we approached our HOA and the pro tech representative Andrea who is in charge of our community project, we did not get any response and when I emailed to follow up I was told that there were so many emails to respond to so it was being done in order and 'we dont work on the weekend'(snarky comment that was unnecessary). Fast forward to 2 more days and still no response. In the meantime, ProTech guys came over unannounced (Andrea was to reach out to us to schedule it beforehand) - and they painted over the rotted, broken fences with holes in them. Attached pictures show the fence damage that was painted over without any repair or replacement. I have emailed ProTech again about this, and am hoping for at least some semblance of a responsible response and remedy to our unfortunate situation. I would avoid doing business with them !

Pro-tech was fantastic! We are a small HOA in La Mesa and we approached pro-tech for a quote for exterior painting of all 6 of our homes. Andrea was an excellent project manager from start to finish and Francisco was incredibly thorough on site through the entire project. They were communicative and flexible with our many requests. The price was reasonable, and the quality of work was superb. Remarkably, all 6 neighbors were very satisfied with the finished product! The team at pro-tech has been called back by multiple neighbors to complete follow-on projects on the interior with glowing reviews as well. Highly recommend contacting them for your project, big or small!

Totally incompetent company! Avoid! No showed after two confirmations with the supervisor (Jacob) the night before and the morning of work to be done (pressure washing). I wanted to be absolutely sure on a rainy day before hauling in wet patio furniture, BBQ, Big Plants, etc. I also went and checked with the workers themselves (over hr late) the morning of and they assured me they needed everything cleared and that both buildings would be completed that day. Came home at lunch-Nothing! Pressure washer still sitting in back of truck! After work I come home to find a the back patio has been untouched! What a total FAIL by Not-so-Pro-tech! I will file a complaint with the BBB and insist my HOA never use them again. This is the second time they have failed to perform the work on the days promised. Never again.
