I was recommended Ron Rice Painting through my realtor, and I’m very glad she did. When Ron came out to provide a quote, I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. During the walkthrough, he offered helpful guidance on paint colors and sheens, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each option. In addition to painting, we requested demolition of several chair rails and textured wallpaper throughout the home. After the demolition and prep work were completed, the painting itself only took a few days. When I first walked into the home, I was extremely pleased with the results. The space was very clean and completely transformed. What I appreciated most was that Ron did a walkthrough with me and addressed a few small items, having his team clean them up right away. At the time, we did not yet have flooring installed, so it was incredibly kind of Ron to offer to return after the flooring was finished to complete touch-up work. Overall, Ron Rice and his team were wonderful to work with, and I can’t wait to have them back to paint the exterior of our home.

All estimates and bids were professionally detailed and complete. All paperwork and the work itself were done at or ahead of schedule. The actual painting work was exceptional, without any flaws or issues. Workers repaired weather damaged wood/stucco making it look like new. The workers were on time and worked hard all through the work day. All in all I couldn’t be more pleased with the final product.
