Our system failed after ten years. We competitively bid with three other services, and I can say that Oasis was professional, honest, and competitive. Both their internal and external bidding contacts, Stanley and Chris, were incredibly clear about options: they didn’t try to oversell or use scare tactics to entice me to buy something we didn’t need. Scheduling time was easy, and they worked with my schedule. When they came out, their team, Sergio, Daniel, and Jerry were on-time, respectful, and careful with our home. They explained how the new system was different than what we had, and they tested every vent, and the thermostat equipment to ensure that our system was functioning well before the departed. We have been using Oasis for our HVAC needs for at least 25 years, and they never disappoint. The 28 year old system Oasis installed for us was recently totaled by a power surge. Usually I do a lot of research before major purchases. But needed the system repaired as quickly as possible, and authorized this work with only a rudimentary understanding of all the changes that have occurred in AC equipment over the last 25 years. I felt relatively secure in this decision, since Oasis installed the original system and has been doing yearly maintenance, and has never steered me wrong. As the work started I began researching the system I had just authorized, learning for the first time about ECM variable 18 speed motors, Heat pumps, Dual Fuel systems, etc. I was delighted to find that the system Oasis was installing was the exact system needed: Name brands at a good price point, with flexibility for future changes in power sources between gas and electric costs. The system is a crossover, using an outdoor heat pump set for cooling only, running through a conventional coil over a dual fuel capable gas furnace. This allows the lowest cost energy sourcing (gas for heating, electric for cooling.) It also allows for relatively easy modification in the future should governments ban natural gas or market forces make electricity more advantageous. And it is a soft start, low noise system, smart enough to vary fan speed to current needs - much less noisy than the old system. I unhesitatingly recommend Oasis for HVAC needs. and appreciate their 25+ years of ethical service to our family.

I highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning in San Juan Capistrano. Oasis replaced the original furnace in my 1978 tract house in Newport Beach. They moved the equipment from a ground floor closet to the attic, replaced and added to the original ducting and installed the first air conditioning unit in this house in its history. Brian Baldridge, his family members and their staff run a very impressive, service-oriented operation. Bryant, part of the Carrier group, is very good equipment. But what sets Oasis apart from many other good contractors is the extreme emphasis Brian and his crews place on the details of the installation. Oasis is well-organized and responsive. Several contractors bid on my job. Brian did the most thorough evaluation of my house and the existing HVAC system and suggested improvements.Brian responded quickly to my calls and emails and patiently answered my numerous questions. I accepted every one of his suggestions. His crews are professional, careful, efficient and clean. It is very clear to me that his first concern is always the quality of the work and he has trained his workers thoroughly in that mindset and practice. His pricing was very fair. The system they installed is excellent. Everything about my experience with Oasis Air Conditioning and Heating was outstanding. They will be my first call if I have friends and neighbors who need HVAC services. I hope to have a long association with this company.

I went with Oasis because they were good with communication and price competitive with the other quotes I received. Oasis offered a stronger warranty than many others and had flexibility with brands. Chris was on-time for the estimate, discussed options to understand my needs, and was not high pressure like some other companies. Brent and Quincy were a great install team--very attentive to details, and that's what I liked because I know they made sure it got done right. They were also patient with me and answered all my questions about the system after install. My job consisted of getting rid of the furnace on ground level, building a platform in the attic in a tight area, and installing a whole new heatpump and return in the attic/ceiling. Ultimately I went with the X-series ac pro, and it's nice and quiet. Very positive experience.

Had Oasis come out and replace our original furnace in our home, from 1954. It was in our attic with limited accessibility, i thought for sure they’d have to take the roof off. They spent an entire day breaking the unit down and brought it out through our ceiling. The guys did an awesome job, they were respectful and clean. They ran all new duct work and replaced the unit in 3 days as promised. Thank you for the awesome job, now i can’t wait for next winter to give it a run. lol wish I’d taken a photo of the original furnace.
