Tony is top notch, really exceptional. My wife, two young boys (1 and 2 yrs old) just moved into our new house. Extremely long day moving. as we finally get everyone in bed around 8pm, we notice our AC won’t cool below 80 degrees. Worried about the children, Tony was the only person we could get out in a pinch. He showed up and helped us get our house cool very quickly. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. While solving our cold air issue, he inspected our piping and found some really sketchy patch work from previous owners and potentially saved us a TON of money/disaster situation in the future. We had a positive experience with Phenix. Our AC recently stopped working. Tony came out the same day and quickly diagnosed our issue. Fortunately we just had to replace our thermostat. He replaced it quickly and we are happy to have cool air again. He was professional, personable and accommodating.
